Rachel is a qualified hypnotherapist, and Reiki Seichem Master/ Teacher with seven years experience as a clinical charge and mental health nurse in the NHS & private health care industry.

If you are unable to attend the session because of distance, you can receive a hypnotherapy CD designed especially for your needs.
